Dandelion chaperone

Today’s porridge; Oats, a date, sprinkle of sultanas, half a banana soy milk , nut meg cinnamon,  flax and a dollop of  yoghurt which didn’t really work taste wise but felt like a necessary  oversowing  to the ecology of my stomach.  A big package  of herbs arrived from Starflower in Australia,  the Dandelion tea suggested by Dr Karen helps your cells utilise the  omega 3’s in flax (and fish oils) which are sometimes not taken up by the cells without a dandelion chaperone.
