Kozue – Not Porridge at the Tokyo Park Hyatt

DSC_4317So there is a time and place for porridge and I dont think it is breakfast at the Park Hyatt when there is the sumptuous array of fish, pickles , tofu, roe, konjac noodles, uboshi,  egg-rolls, miso, and fruits, all served enticingly in lacquer bowls and trays. But it will happen. Yoko (pictured) and I head today to Tokyo’s largest organic fair where at least the ingredients to some strange and exciting porridge creations will be on offer.
